For 2013 the following dates are inauspiscious to hang flags: April: 8, 14, 26 - May: 7, 10, 13, 25 - June: 18, 29 - July: 15, 26 - August: 10 - September: 3, 6, 17, 29 - October: 1, 16, 29 - November: 12, 24 - December: 9, 21 - January (2014): 16, 31 - February: 12, 24
