I love the look of the huge amuelts, and the price is amazing. This is a hand made amulet made by Monks in thailand, wriapped in a plastic case with gold tone painted over it. Unlike other thai amulets we sell, this is not real gold, just a gold paint.

Large and beautiful

This amulet is quite substantial. Not only is it about 2" from bale to bottom, but it's also 1.25" wide and a half inch thick. Although the case is plastic, the gold painting makes it appear metal. The Buddha itself is well made and also large in size. The case has a clear back allowing for a view of the reverse side (although plain) of the Buddha amulet. I'm currently stringing a bone mala, and I believe I will use this amulet in place of a guru bead.

A very nice amulet that I highly recommend.
