EXQUISIT BEAUTY!

I was reluctant to purchase a singing bowl on line...I was brand new to this website. Much to my surprise, when it arrived I discovered that I probably purchased the most BEAUTIFUL singing bowl at an affordable price! It takes my breath away! It has a lovely sound. And both me and my children enjoy it very much. Thank you Dharma Shop!
A plethora of tones

I discovered that the ringing note depends on what you initially strike the bowl with and then what kind of striker you use to circle the bowl. I fashioned a custom striker from a locust tree limb from my yard, leaving on the bark. This striker brings out the low bell-tone - a perfect G# below middle C with all kinds of overtones. The striker provided brings out a higher tone and other strikers I tried bring out other tones and the sustain is incredible. I love this bowl.
