All over Nepal the ubiquitious 'yak wool' shawl is sold to tourists.  In reality, yak wool shawls worn by Tibetans and Nepali people are scratchy and expensive.  Our shawls are made with 70% new zealand wool and 30% acrylic for a supple, warm and soft feel.  Christy bought one of these from our friends in Thamel almost two years ago and she simply loves its durability, softness and warmth.  She gets compliments everytime she wears it.
