• This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered singing bowl with visible hammer marks and hash marks.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous signs of age and wear including natural patina.

Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  They are a great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises.

Bowl rings at a F note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Heart Chakra, which is the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love.

Bowl measures approximately 7 inches in diameter and is about 3.25 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.

All sound recordings are made by striking the bowl once with our Handcrafted Red Wool Mallet!
