• The bowl was hand picked by DharmaShop founder, Sander Cohen, from a stunning and superior collection of antique bowls.
• This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered singing bowl.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous signs of age and wear including natural patina and visible hand hammered marks.  With these antique details and a rich tone, it shows and sings beautifully.

Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  A great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises, antique singing bowls are known for their high quality sound and unique physical characteristics.

Bowl rings at a F# note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Heart Chakra, which is the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love.

Bowl measures approximately 6.75 inches in diameter and is about 3.25 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.
