Over the last 20 years, DharmaShop founder Sander Cohen has been collecting Dzi beads from both Nepal and Taiwan. This beautiful Dorje Dzi was part of an antique necklace that featured over a dozen rare and special beads. Sander has kept this necklace in his personal collection for almost a decade and only recently decided to remove a few of his favorite, high quality antique Dzi to offer to the DharmaShop community.
Dzi beads are believed to offer protection for the wearer. The Dorje Dzi design, also known as the "Dharma Dzi," is believed to help increase concentration and expel negativity. The dorje is a sacred Buddhist tool often used by practitioners to help achieve enlightenment.
Bead measures just under 0.5 inch long and 0.37 inch wide. Adjustable chain measures approximately 22 inches and can be tightened as desired.
