Traditional Bodhi Mala

• Many customers have asked for a traditional Tibetan mala design with smaller bodhi seed beads, so our artisans put together this mala just for you!
• It features fine quality 14mm bodhi beads that have been cut on each end, making them flat in the traditional manner.
• Made in Nepal, simply strung on a red cord, and finished with a guru bead.

Bodhi seed beads can be used for counting all types of mantras as well as other prayers.  These dark-speckled seed beads have special meaning for all seekers of divine wisdom.  "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment; as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed.

Mala measures approximately 32-34 inches around.  Flat beads are about 12-14mm.  Due to the style of the beads, circumference of mala may vary slightly.
