4 1/2 Inch Old Tibetan Singing Bowl

An old Traditional singing bowl hand picked by Sander in Kathmandu, Nepal.  This is a smaller sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered bowl.  Truly one-of-a-kind bowl with antique details.  Estimated to be anywhere between 100-200 years old.  Measures approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter and is about 2 inches deep.

Rings at a C note, 438Hz, when struck with a woolen mallet.  This resonates with the Root Chakra, which is situated at the base of or tail end of the spine.  It is the foundation of the physical body; it stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded to the earth.  Also, it influences our immune system, energy, basic impulses, instincts, endurance and fight or flight reactions.
