One of our new, antique singing bowls hand picked by Sander in Kathmandu, Nepal.  This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered bowl.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous natural patina.  Estimated to be anywhere between 100-200 years old.  Measures approximately 7 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep.  Comes with a wooden striker, red woolen mallet sold separately.

Rings at a F note, 438Hz, when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Heart Chakra, which is the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love.  It is the bridge connecting the lower and higher energies of our being and is the place where our Spirit and our true Self resides.
