Ancient Tibetan Deep Relaxation Singing Bowl

This gorgeous, ancient singing bowl was hand picked by Sander in Kathmandu, Nepal.  It is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered bowl.  Truly one-of-a-kind bowl with small hash marks along the rim.  Estimated to be anywhere between 400-600 years old.  Measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep.

Rings at a D note, 438Hz, when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Sacral Chakra.  This energy is the center for creating relationships of all kinds. It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others, ego, sexuality, and family.
