This one-of-a-kind Tibetan Blue Moon Singing Bowl from our DharmaShop curated collection was handmade in the Kathmandu Valley by fifth and sixth generation singing bowl artists. These bowls harness the subtle energy of the moon to give extraordinary and long lasting healing vibrations. Their high energy quality of sound is truly beautiful and unique.
This bowl is handmade during and directly under the light of the blue moon on March 31, 2018. A blue moon refers to the second full moon in a calendar month. This is a rare occurrence that only happens every few years, making these bowls extraordinarily special.
Each bowl features gorgeous hand carved details including an exclusive full moon singing bowl stamp, an original makers mark, and the blue moon date. The full moon singing bowl stamp is also known as the Chinese symbol of longevity and happiness.
Bowl rings at a D note when struck with a woolen mallet. This note resonates with the Sacral Chakra. This energy is the center for creating relationships of all kinds. It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others.
Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches in diameter and is about 2 3/4 inches deep. Cushion sold separately.
All sound recordings are made by striking the bowl once with our Handcrafted Red Wool Mallet!
