Super Blood Wolf Moon Bowl 74

  • This one-of-a-kind Tibetan Super Blood Wolf Moon Singing Bowl from our DharmaShop curated collection was handmade in the Kathmandu Valley by fifth and sixth generation singing bowl artists.
  • These singing bowls harness the subtle energy of the moon to give extraordinary and long lasting healing vibrations.
  • Their high energy quality of sound is truly beautiful and unique.

This bowl is handmade during and directly under the light of the rare Super Blood Wolf Moon on January 21, 2019.  A combination of 3 lunar events converged to create this spectacular moon phase.  First, this Super Blood Wolf Moon took place during a super moon, where the moon’s full phase while in orbit comes closest to earth, making it look larger and brighter.  It also passed through the earth's shadow, giving viewers in the right location a total eclipse.  While the moon is in the earth's shadow, it takes on a red tint known as a Blood Moon.  Finally, January’s full moon is traditionally referred to as the Wolf Moon.  This combination created the extraordinary Super Blood Wolf Moon, a rare occurrence that carries a special energy unlike any other!

Each bowl features gorgeous hand carved details including an exclusive full moon singing bowl stamp, an original makers mark, our DharmaShop stamp, and the mantra of compassion in Tibetan script.  The mantra invokes the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion.  The full moon singing bowl stamp is also known as the symbol of longevity and happiness.

Bowl rings at a D# note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Sacral Chakra.  This energy is the center for creating relationships of all kinds.  It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others.

Measures approximately 8.25 inches in diameter and is about 3.5 inches deep.

All sound recordings are made by striking the bowl once with our Handcrafted Red Wool Mallet!
