Lava rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions.  Because it comes from raw energy, it’s considered to be a stone of rebirth and shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachment.  It is created from the center of the Earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the root chakra.

Rudraksha seeds, also known as the tears of Shiva, are believed to increase concentration, providing clarity and peace of mind.  They’re also thought to improve memory and relieve stress.  It is believed that the Rudraksha contains the secrets of the entire evolution of the cosmos within it.

Available in two sizes on stretchy cord.  Small measures about 6.5 inches around.  Large measures about 7.5 inches around.  Lava rock beads are 10mm, mastodon beads measure 12-15mm, rudraksha is about 17mm.
