Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  They are a great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises.

Bowl rings at a G# note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Throat Chakra.  It influences communication, dreaming, artistic expression, good judgment, self-belief, wisdom, and truthfulness.  When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it allows for free communication, helping us to feel centered and happy.

Bowl measures approximately 6.5 inches in diameter and is about 3.5 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.
