  • Traditional Tibetan deity amulets are believed to heal, protect and harmonize the energies of the wearer or carrier.  Buddhists and spiritual people alike use amulets like this one for the healing and protective benefits.
  • Each of these Green Tara amulets are handmade in Nepal by local artisans.  It features multicolor woven silk tied with an image of the Green Tara that surrounds parchment printed with the Green Tara mantra.
  • You may keep the amulet with personal belongings or in your pocket, put it under the pillow as you sleep, place it on or near the entrance to your home or sacred space, or use it in your car or to carry with you on journeys.

In many forms of spirituality, protection amulets or "good luck charms" can be very powerful.  Whether you prefer cleansing your space with sage, hanging a dreamcatcher, burning incense, or collecting crystals, spiritual protection is a common value.

Inside this amulet is parchment printed from woodblock with mantras for the deity Green Tara, known as the Buddha of enlightened activity, filled with youthful vigor.  According to Tibetan lamas, chanting the Green Tara mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha," with positive and pure intentions can help to bring an abundance of blessings in your life.  Green Tara is intensely compassionate and acts quickly to help those who call upon her.

Measures approximately 2 inches.

Love them!

I purchased 2 of these for my home and love them! It's also perfect to use as a focal point during prayer or meditation. Gives a feeling of protection and peace.
