Our customers love using our singing bowls as a companion in meditation and stress relief.  A 2019 study published in the journal "Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice" found that listening to singing bowls for 30 minutes a day for 5 days significantly reduced stress levels in participants. The study also found that listening to the bowls improved participants' sleep quality and mood.

Another study, published in the journal "Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine" in 2017, found that singing bowl therapy was effective in reducing anxiety and depression in people with chronic pain. The study participants who received Tibetan singing bowl therapy reported a significant decrease in anxiety and depression symptoms, as well as an improvement in their overall quality of life.

However, it is important to note that these studies are small and more research is needed to confirm the findings. Singing bowls will not be a cure all for these serious disorders, but more a helpful companion just like exercise, a creative hobby, or music can be.
