We understand how difficult is can be to choose personal items online. You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds do not include original shipping cost (regardless of whether shipping was paid on original invoice).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via the e-mail on your original order of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
We also offer restringing services. We will restring most malas, whether purcahsed from DharmaShop or otherwise. Over time and with use, every mala will need maintanence and repairs. We can help do the work for you, with you, or provide some of the supplies or know-how. Please let us know if your mala was purchased from DharmaShop and has been damaged or worn out prematurely. We are here to help!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
