Measures approximately 5.75 inches in diameter and is about 2.75 inches deep.

Sound:

Bowl rings at a C note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This resonates with the Root Chakra, which is situated at the base of or tail end of the spine.  It is the foundation of the physical body; it stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded to the earth.
