The meditation bowl is hand cast and tuned by skilled artisans in Kathmandu, Nepal. Cast singing bowls are a great gift for a beginner or collector. Their tones are clear and crisp and easy to play for prayer, meditation, relaxation, or pure enjoyment!

The outside of the bowl is decorated with the repeated mantra of compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum, in Tibetan script. This mantra invokes the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion. Inside you will see a large Om symbol, which considered the most sacred mantra. It is an amazing tool that all people of all faiths can utilize to bring focus and awareness to the greater meaning of life.
