TIMING OF YOUR SHIPMENT:
DharmaShop uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all packages. Shipping time estimates for Domestic USPS orders go as follows:
Standard Shipping: 4-8 business Days
Priority Shipping: 2-4 business Days
Express Shipping: 24 - 48 business hours
Please note: these are estimated dates and Covid-19 delays are expected. Transit updates may appear inconsistent, and if you received a tracking email, your parcel has left our warehouse and is in moving through USPS.
We are in the warehouse shipping orders weekdays, and no orders are shipped Saturday and Sunday. It can take approximately 2-3 business days for an order to be processed. Please allow additional handling time for international packages and larger items. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email the day your order has been shipped and received by USPS.
U.S. EXPRESS MAIL:
A signature may be required upon delivery of Express packages. Our standard Express mail rates apply. Express Mail orders placed before 11AM EST on business days are shipped same day, and orders placed after that timeframe are shipped the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping time estimates:
International First Class: 30+ business days, limited tracking
Global Priority: 15-30 business days, limited tracking
Global Express: 15-20 business days, with tracking

All of our orders ship from inside of the U.S. We ship to every continent. Our standard International shipping is via USPS Air mail. Your order can be upgraded to Global Priority or Global Express for an additional fee which is calculated during checkout. Packages weighing over one U.S. pound may require additional shipping. If additional shipping rates are required we will send you an email quote for your approval prior to shipping. Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order. Most international packages ship within 2-3 business days.
Orders to Mexico and India - due to shipping delays and postal losses, we have removed the First Class shipping option for orders shipping to these countries. The two shipping options available are USPS Global Priority and USPS Global Express mail. We strongly recommend selecting Express Mail delivery service for the best security. This will include signature confirmation and detailed tracking information for your package.
It may be necessary to contact your local Post Office for package delivery information if you have not received international deliveries before. Some packages require signature release from Customs.
Additional delivery delays can occur pending in-country Customs inspections and security warnings. We do our best to complete International Customs forms accurately and legally with consideration for the recipient. Gifts will be labeled as such and are often not subject to import duties. Addressee is responsible for all duties and import regulations. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and regulations prior to importing items (there are often restrictions on jewelry or unusual materials).
If you are awaiting delivery of an international package and delivery seems delayed please contact your local postal office. Most often packages are awaiting signature release at a local postal office and the addressee was not properly notified.
