Purchased the package of multiples in a colorful pattern that is common. strung two together and hung over the shutters in a lower level bedroom that is occupied often by our daughters' visiting college friends. Never fails to evoke a positive comment.
These prayer flags are not quite what I expected, as the print is not as clear as pictured, and the flags themselves are a bit irregular, differing in size a bit. The string is slippery, and it took some doing to get knots to hold in the wind. I trust that the Nepali folks truly get a fair share of the price I paid, and that makes me feel better about them. All of that said, their joyful flying in the wind at my lookout peak is the most important, especially when they are the least expensive pack of flags on the site (and in the stalls in Kathmandu).
