White Tara Compassion Statue

  |
  • An exquisite White Tara statue hand crafted and painted in Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • Made over a 3-5 month long process involving casting, creating wax molds, making plaster molds for bronze pouring, and then hand detailing and carving before the finishing artists even see the statues.
  • After being hand detailed and expertly carved by master craftsmen, the statue is then sent to the finishing artists to be hand painted with beautiful colors and gold accents.  Each and every detail is truly incredible!

White Tara is the embodiment of healing, compassion, and wisdom.  With her seven eyes she sees all suffering and has the wisdom and guidance the help you through your practice.  She is often referred to as the 'swift Tara' as well as she is known for bringing quick relief to the suffering.

Each statue is full of colorful painted detail including Tibetan dragons and swimming fish.  Tibetan dragons are protectors of Buddhism whose thunderous voices awaken us from delusion.  Statue features a small scuff on the back side and the price has been discounted to reflect this minor imperfection.

Statue measures approximately 5.25 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide at the base.
