This exclusive DharmaShop wrist mala is a well-traveled one to say the least.  We took a stunning 9 Eye Dzi from Taiwan, Rudraksha from Nepal, Petrified Wood beads from Madagascar, and hand-strung them right here at the DharmaShop using traditional methods and design learned from our Mala artisans in Kathmandu.  Aside from it being a gorgeous design, we hope it's journey to help you on yours is felt.

The 9-Eyed Dzi bead assists its owner in gathering wealth, achieving good health and success, as well as gaining power, compassion, and glory.  It is a mystical bead that acts as a protector, expelling evil.  9-Eyed Dzi is one of the most sought after, believed to represent the nine planetary systems and its astrological essence.

Petrified wood occurs when wood is fossilized and turned into stone.  The beautiful colors that you see in this stone are made by the different minerals that have replaced the woods structure.  The petrified wood mined in Madagascar is said to have been deposited over 200 million years ago!
