Amala Bone Wrist Mala

1   |

Traditional water buffalo bone beads inlaid with coral, turquoise, brass, and copper.

Tibetan nomadic life is hard, and in the cold there is little to eat. Water buffalo is a main staple in Nepal and Tibet and when an animal is used for food nothing is wasted. These amazing beads are hand inlaid by artisans who recycle and reuse everything in daily life and spiritual practice.

Strung on stretchy cord, this wrist mala measures approximately 6 inches around.  Includes 8mm inlaid bone beads and one 11mm inlaid bone guru bead.  Handmade in Nepal.

Beautiful piece

I have been many years ago, to Nepal and Tibet. This Mala brings the two places back to me. Spirit people love the Amala Mala the most. Love the elastic band. Love the inlay on the bone. Wish the red, was in an elastic band!! I have many mala's from Dharma Shop. This is my favorite!!
