  • This beautifully aged antique bowl has a rare and unusual shape often referred to as, "Buddha bowl."  It's truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous signs of age and wear including some natural patina.  With its unique shape and a rich tone, it shows and sings beautifully.

The unique shape of this bowl is very similar to what you can see depicted in the hands of the Buddha.  We were so excited to see and play this style of bowl in person, as they are incredibly rare.  Buddha bowls are highly sought after by collectors and practitioners alike due to their special shape creating a sound quality like no other!

A great addition to any collection, this one-of-a-kind bowl features handcrafted tuning marks around the outer rim and inner base.  Over time, it has acquired some natural patina.  This bowl has passed the test of time and you will feel its vibrant energy and rich history!

Bowl rings at a G note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Throat Chakra.  It influences communication, dreaming, artistic expression, good judgment, self-belief, wisdom, and truthfulness.  When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it allows for free communication, helping us to feel centered and happy.

Measures approximately 6.5 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep. Comes with a traditional wooden striker.

All sound recordings are made by striking the bowl once with our Handcrafted Red Wool Mallet!
