This Pumtek features a striking "Diamond Eye" pattern. Eye motifs are among the most recognizable designs shared by Pumtek and ancient beads, traditionally connected to protection and watchfulness. While the original meaning of many Pumtek patterns has been lost over time, their long history as treasured and protective objects is a big part of what makes them so fascinating and sought after.
