The amulet depicts Wat Phra That Phanom, one of Thailand's most sacred temples said to enshrine the Buddha's breastbone. Long revered as a pilgrimage site, amulets from this temple are seen as especially auspicious. The front depicts the radiant stupa, and the back carries a Thai inscription that commemorates the temple ceremony where the amulet was blessed, imbuing the piece with protective and auspicious energy.
The inscription says, "Souvenir from the Royal Ceremony of the Relics of the Buddha on December 9th, Buddhist Era 2518 (1975 CE)." This detail makes the amulet especially meaningful, as it commemorates a historic royal ceremony honoring the Buddha's relics. Inscriptions like this are incredibly special, carrying both spiritual power and cultural heritage.
To compliment the warm copper tones of the amulet, the mala is strung with Iron Tiger Eye beads — a striking variation of classic Tiger Eye that features an earthy metallic shimmer with natural iron inclusions. Iron Tiger Eye combines the grounding qualities of Hematite with the protective, empowering energy of Tiger Eye.
