Gigantic Saddhu Rudraksha Mala

3   |

In Kathmandu it is common to see a Saddhu, or Shamen, with a string of huge ancient rudraksha beads that hang almost to the ground.

We have had these huge (22mm) wide beads cut in half to make them more manageable and easier to wear and count mantras.

Measures approximately 38 inches around. Beads are 22mm by 10mm.  Handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Fantastic

I just received the Gigantic Saddhu Rudraksha Mala today and I can't begin to express my gratitude for the quality. I have a difficult time using malas with the more typical sized beads and wanted to avoid the additional the expense of having a customized one made for me. Also, I have been looking for a full mala that did not incorporate spacers and with a bead size that my hands could easily use. Just a suggestion. I would be interested in a full rudraksha mala of this type with 22mm beads that have not been cut to be used on a rupa in my meditation room. I know this would probably not be in great demand with your clientele due to its length and weight but one would suit my purpose. Should one become available, please e-mail me. Regardless, thank you very much for the quality of your Dhamma products. You are a valuable resource on the Internet.
