This beautiful pendant necklace features an intricately carved Buddha design on a Lapis gemstone pendant in a sterling silver setting. It hangs from a woven sterling silver necklace. High quality Lapis can contain some pyrite attractively sprinkled throughout the gem, and this is visible throughout the pendant.
Buddha is seen using the teaching mudra on this pendant. The thumb and index finger touch each other, forming a circle that represents a constant flow of energy. This mudra symbolizes the teaching phase of preaching in Buddhism.
