Handmade and hand hammered Root Chakra Singing Bowl.
This is the first chakra, located at the base of your spine. It is the foundation of the physical body; it stimulates vital forces throughout our body and assists in keeping us grounded to the earth. Also, it influences our immune system, energy, basic impulses, instincts, endurance and fight or flight reactions.
The original collector of this set marked the chakras on the bottom of the bowls in Sanskrit. However, the writing can easily be removed with a wet cloth.
Measures approximately 7 inches in diameter.
