Very fine!

Well made, durable, highly usable. The knotting is tight and beautifully done. The rudraksha are so nice and the choice of maker beads and guru bead makes this a piece of (functional) art! I absolutely love this mala. It is strung a little loose and has some slack. Love, love, love it!

Sander's Mala

I just got this mala for the New Year (2015) and I'm very happy with it . It appears to be well made and I like the way it hangs is a U shape rather than a V. It is a nice length allowing room to wear a shorter necklace with pendant which it frames nicely. This mala truly reminds me of Tibet and its nice to think that my purchase helped some displaced Tibetan artists - thank you Dharma Shop. This mala is pretty much as I expected, however the reconstituted turquoise guru bead is a little disappointing. Mine is darker than the website photo - more of a Cyan color - but the faux amber and coral are very convincing. I really like the disk shaped Rudraksha beads though if you plan on using this mala for mantra counting you may find the disks hard to count since there are no knots between them. Also counting the guru bead, faux amber, coral and turquoise beads there is a total of 120 beads in this mala - 108 being the Rudraksha beads. But all in all its a cool mala and I'm glad to have it.
