Traditional Tibetan amulets such as this one are thought to protect and heal the wearer. Inside this amulet is parchment printed from woodblock with mantras for the deity Manjushri. Manjushri is known as the deity who eliminated ignorance and opposition to the Dharma. The amulet also contains a blessing from a Lama. Each amulet is made by hand by a Tibetan astro-medical practitioner, Tsering Dolma Drungtso, in India. Your amulet will come with a small booklet detailing its contents and meaning and a bhutanese fabric pouch. The amulet silk ties and fabric wrapping must not be disassembled.
