Yak Wool Shawl in Black

1   |

All over Nepal, the ubiquitous 'yak wool' shawl is sold to tourists.  In reality, yak wool shawls worn by Tibetans and Nepali people are scratchy and expensive.  Our shawls are made with 30% New Zealand cotton/wool blend and 70% acrylic for a supple, warm and soft feel.  Christy bought one of these from our friends in Boudhanath two years ago and she simply loves its durability, softness, and warmth.

Measures approximately 25" by 70".  Yak Wool shawls are great for cold winters and look awesome on a man or a woman.  Handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.

mine was not the stated size

I bought this shawl for warmth in my meditation room during winter, and for the length. 75" is nice and long to wrap around the body, however, the one I received was only 66". It's a nice shawl, soft and warm, but I wouldn't have purchased it at this length.
