Traditional Tibetan Chuba Area Rug

1   |

This Tibetan wool Chuba design area rug is gorgeous and one-of-a-kind.  It is the perfect addition to your home, office, or meditation space, and it will last for generations.  Use a cushion and sit upon it during meditation, or use it as a stylish area rug.  It features bold colors with a traditional Chuba design.  A Chuba is the traditional dress of Tibet.

Made in the traditional manner, each design is woven by hand on looms and includes 100 knots per square inch.  All of the wool is imported from New Zealand and hand woven by well paid artists in a large open air complex in Kathmandu.  Tibetan carpets are truly beautiful pieces of art known for their quality and longevity.

Carpet measures approximately 6.5' by 4.5'.  Handmade in Nepal.

Stunning Quality and Looks!

What a work of art! This Chuba area rug is beautifully made, very thick and luxurious, plus the colors are perfect for my space. No photo or description can adequately describe the quality of the rug. It is a privilege to have it now here in my living room. Thank you, Dharma Shop, for working with the people in Nepal to bring such quality items to us. May it be of benefit to everyone!

Vicki, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We could not be happier to know that you are loving your new area rug and that it works perfectly in your space! These rugs take considerable time and skill to create and we're so glad that you enjoying that quality and craftsmanship. If you have any photographs of the rug in your space, we'd love to see! We're sure it looks amazing. Thanks so much, again, for your feedback and continued support!
